Annual Long Range Plan (LRP) – Resource Cost & Headcount planning What are you accountable for? Center of Excellent(CoE) for companywide initiatives including end-to end compensation and benefits, and performance management. Annual Long Range Plan (LRP) – Resource Cost & Headcount planning Provide guideline and work with HRBPs to create communication plan to managers on key activities above Support creation and maintenance of company job catalogue Subject matter expert in all salary related matters including ad hoc adjustment. Holds role of Compensation Partner on Workday and is expected to work very closely with HRIT in ensuring smooth execution of key compensation activities on Workday based on latest company requirement, constant improvements to compensation process effectiveness and overall user experience of managers and employees Perform salary and benefit benchmarking through annual salary survey submission with external service providers Project manager of annual Long Range Plan (LRP) exercise (budget setting process) and works closely with HRBPs in managing headcount and cost to meet company’s targets. PIC in compiling all P&O’s department’s budget needs and managing it within P&O’s given targets. Budget coordinator of People & Organization team: go-to-person for any matters related to P&O’s budget and cost. Works closely with admin and Finance in ensuring cost posting hygiene, availability of budget and handling cases of budget insufficiency Custodian of I Know Policies. Maintains relevance of policies to latest business needs. Review relevance of Benefits, and work towards to personalized rewards Manages creation and maintenance of Total rewards statement for whole company on annual basis Managing end-to-end Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) award, working with relevant stakeholders on ensuring grant of shares and also vesting of shares Manage payout of Sales Incentive Scheme and working with sales planning units in aligning sales payout principles Occasional need to work on ad hoc reporting needed for reporting analysis (on anything related to employees and resource cost) Champion the development and implementation of company wide Performance and Talent management system by leveraging on Workday modules Proactively lead activities around performance/talent planning and evaluation advice, incl. performance management mediation and trend analyses What do you need to have for this role? Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline. Four to six (4 – 6) years’ experience in rewards and performance management. Practical experience in designing programmes and training material is an asset. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrated competency to interact with people at all levels of the organization.
